At Underrated Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Underrated Club hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
